Delivery & Returns
Carriage Charges
We use a Standard Parcel delivery with the Royal Mail which you should receive in 3-5 days. For those urgent items Special Delivery can be arranged which is guaranteed next-day delivery.
Free delivery within 3 miles of the store on most items is available or you can order online and collect instore.
Delivery Time
We will dispatch all consignments on a next working day basis. Providing an item is in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and Saturday am.
Your Contract with us
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will then send you an email acknowledging that we have received your order.
Once we have checked stock availability or unforeseen factors ( including pricing errors), we will advise you of delay within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date and allow you to cancel your order if this is unacceptable. If you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances we will refund to your card within 24 hours. Similarly, we will refund within 24 hours of receiving your order if we discover that we are unable to supply the item at all due to stock availability or unforeseen factores including pricing errors.
Cancellation & Returns
Jacks DIY wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. For this reason, if you decide you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, return it to us within 30 days unused, and in its original condition and we will provide you with a complete refund for that item less our postage costs. If returning a product, please contact us first on the email address below for further instructions.
If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of postage.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify Jacks DIY within seven days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the item exchanged.
